The Mozaic Agent Mobile App is a real estate app which provides information on properties listed for sale in Canada.  The app also provides communication tools between the users and real estate agents, as well as community sharing and rating options, news, and useful resources. The app also has a Nearby Agent functionality which allows the users to see in live mode all nearby agents and request info on any property instantly. 

All listings displayed in this app are pulled from the public feed administered by the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) through their DDF feed. The real estate agents using this application are also allowed posting exclusive listings that can be accessed as the rest coming from CREA. 

All users can view, schedule showings for their selected listings, as well as place offers and sign purchase agreements right away from the Mozaic Mobile App. Mozaic Mobile App is connected to Mozaic Agent Mobile App through an integrated dashboard.

Within their apps, the agents have a designated area with their own listing pulled from CREA and manually posted that they can share with anyone they wish. 

All leads obtained through this app are directed to admin and being assigned to the agent. This functionality is planned to change in the nearest future. 

By signing up each user provides an explicit consent on receiving direct and indirect communication from the mobile app admins, as well as any real estate agent that they choose to get in touch with.

The Mozaic Agent App tracks the location of the agents using them for the Nearby Agent functionality. By signing up any agent gives a location sharing consent while using the app which can be turned off from the phone settings, if needed.
